Woman's Power (video)

MANTRA

One of the first manifestations of my own inner power was not adapting to social standards and not conforming with imposed ideals of a patriarchal society. Despite that, the power of forgiveness in Buddhism (philosophy) is also close to my heart.

According to fundamental concepts of Daoist philosophy (Zen Buddhism), each human contains both feminine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) energies in varying amounts. The philosophy teaches that achieving harmony and wellbeing in our lives involves a harmonious blend of both energies thus making a person psychologically, emotionally, and physically well.

One of sides of Yin energy is nurturing and recharging. The nurturing aspect of feminine energy extends not only to others but also to ourselves and it consists of being kind and gentle with yourself. This is very important because we often tend to be really hard on ourselves.
Thereby self-compassion is a key element of self-care, as it allows us to be gentle and forgiving with ourselves, even in times of challenge or failure.
Traditionally in Buddhist teachings, forgiveness is done through the practice of repeating phrases of forgiveness toward oneself, toward those who have harmed us, and toward those whom we have harmed. Forgiving ourselves can often be the most difficult. Forgiveness practice is about liberating your own feelings and finding meaning in the worst of life's events.

Through the forgiveness and affirmative repetition of the words in the Mantra I purify the woman energy and renew my inner strength.

Mantra comes from a Sanskrit word meaning a “sacred message or text, charm.”

Mantra

I FORGIVE TO MEN WHOLE PAIN AND OFFENSES.

WHOLE INFLICTED PAIN AND SUFFERING TO MEN  I TURN INTO LIGHT.

I COMPLETELY FORGIVE MYSELF FOR ALL MY ACTIONS.

I REMOVE ALL MY DEPENDENCIES FROM MEN.

I APPROVE MY FREEDOM, THE JOY OF LIFE, I RECOGNIZE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY WORDS, THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS
